NZ DELIVERIES & SHIPPING
A flat fee of $7.99 is charged for shipping across NZ. FREE standard NZ delivery via Courier Post is applied to all orders above $69.

If using a discount code for a product, your cart contents must amount to $69 in value to qualify for free delivery. This offer is valid for online orders only and do not apply to wholesale orders.

After an order has been placed, it is dispatched within 1-3 working days. Deliveries can be expected within 2-4 business days, depending on where you are located. South Island deliveries take longer than North island deliveries.

You will receive a despatch confirmation email with the tracing number once it is ready to be shipped. If you require your order urgently please get in touch prior to ordering and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES & SHIPPING
International orders will be sent via NZ Post or DHL. Delivery times and shipping charges will vary depending on your location and the time of year.

Please note that international packages may be subject to customs, duties or other taxes/fees/charges that are calculated by the respective country. The customer is responsible for paying any and/all customs duties /fees/taxes/charges.

REFUNDS & RETURNS
We hope that you will enjoy receiving your order as much as we enjoyed picking and packing for you. Incase if you are not happy about anything, contact us at everydaythingsnz@gmail.com for assistance.

We take every care to ensure your order is appropriately packed and protected during transit, but appreciate that very rarely damages may occur. We will replace or refund products damaged during delivery if photographic proof of damage is sent to us within 7 days of delivery. Regretfully, we cannot refund or replace items that have been used.

If your package arrives damaged you may return your unused items for a full refund within 14 days of delivery.

EXCHANGES
You are welcome to exchange your product for another size or price within 14 days of purchase. The buyer is responsible for the delivery cost on all returned items. All products must be returned in its original condition, be unused and unopened. If exchanging for a higher value item, the difference in price needs to be paid. The exchanged item will be dispatched once we have received the original item in good condition.

PROMOTIONAL CODES
Promotional codes may be issued from time to time. Exclusions may apply to some promotions. Discount codes are not applicable to subscription boxes and wholesale orders.
