Made with fresh ginger, lime and lemon juice, the ginger soy sauce is perfect with dumplings as a dipping sauce or as a marinade for chicken, beef, pork or fish. A great way to dress an Asian salad or stir fry.

Ginger Soy Sauce: Fish sauce, fresh ginger 15%, brown sugar, soy sauce, lime juice, lemon juice. Made in NZ.

Candles: Pure soy wax, cotton wicks, clean scents, glass jars, aluminium lids. Hand poured in our Auckland studio in amber glass jars with aluminium lids.
